DWAYNE WILSON

Managing Partner of Development

As an award-winning designer, Dwayne brings nearly 25 years of experience to his field of design, project development, and management. He has worked with the industry’s leading designers to grow and expand the visions of a diversity of clients internationally and across the U.S. He has a thorough understanding of the principles for both development and project management, which gives him the insight to exceed goals that bring projects into completion with accuracy, excellence and vision.

KRAIG WALL

Investor Relations & Real Estate Strategy

Kraig brings more than 30 years of experience to the areas of business development, capital campaigns, land development and acquisition, and has served in executive management roles in the nonprofit sector. In addition to real estate investing and maintaining a license to practice real estate in the state of Tennessee, Kraig has a passion for helping people succeed in all areas of their lives. This driving passion has opened up innovative ways to assist business owners in financing their dreams.

TODD JACKSON

Legal Counsel & Real Estate Law

Since earning his MBA and law degree from Wake Forest more than 24 years ago, Todd has focused his practice in the areas of business, real estate, and tax, handling more than  $10 billion in business and real estate transactions. Todd has handled securities-related matters for public companies, and private placements for private companies raising or investing capital. He is an advocate for his clients, providing creative solutions needed in the ever-expanding legal environment.

ROBERT ONYEJIAKA

Operations & Process Development

Robert grew up in the senior living industry and worked in management for his family business. He has experience in developing innovative IT and data analytics solutions to drive acquisitions and investments along with quality of care improvements for health care organizations. Robert has a Master in Health Care Informatics from Lipscomb University, and is a scholarship recipient of Stanford University’s “Medicine X” program.

Anyone living with a family member that is facing Alzheimer’s and related dementias really needs a comforting assurance of safety for their loved one. Mountain Brook Partners develops secure memory care housing with high-tech monitoring for individuals living with the challenges of Alzheimer’s. A community development that includes memory care “neighborhoods” are especially important for spouses who want to stay together in the same community.

Assisted Living

Within the last 25 years or so, the term “Assisted Living” was introduced as a long-term care option in the senior housing market. The “Assisted Living” segment of a community provides a senior housing solution for adults who can live independently, but also may require some assistance. For many seniors, assisted living provides the level of care they need to overcome health challenges and thrive in this new phase of life.

Independent Living

In the Independent Living sector of our senior housing communities, we focus on creating an active lifestyle for independent seniors. Vacation-style amenities make active seniors feel at home, with opportunities for social interaction, and planned day-to-day activities with key staff close at hand for any health care needs. Each resident’s care is individualized and allows for active living within their own residence or cottage.
